E-mouthpiece of the Chittagong Hill Tracts Hill Students' Council (HSC-CHT), in Bengali, Parbattya Chattagram Pahari Chhatra Parisad (PCP), is an organisation of Indigenous Jumma students in the Chittagong Hill Tracts of Bangladesh. It is a student wing of the Parbattya Chattagram Jana Samhati Samiti (PCJSS -led by Sudha Sindhu Khisa, Rupayan Dewan and Tatindra Lal Chakma), founded on May 20, 1989.
